clinic procedure

In order to comply with Government guidelines and best practice procedures within the industry, we have implemented some changes. These are all designed to keep you and our Team safe and well. Please read through this so that you know what to expect when you attend.


  1. We will be minimising the number of people in the Clinic so please bear with us as you may not get your usual warm welcome at reception!

  2. If you, or anyone in your household, is showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please DO NOT attend. Instead, you can contact me on 07802 699710 to rearrange your appointment. Symptoms include a fever, new continuous cough, loss of sense of smell or any other cold/flu symptoms.

  3. Upon arrival at the clinic, please remain outside until I open the front door and invite you in.

  4. You will be asked if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 before you enter the Clinic.

  5. You will be asked to wash your hands as soon as you enter the Clinic.

  6. I will take you to the treatment room and open all doors for you to avoid you having to touch surfaces unnecessarily.

  7. After your appointment you can either use the hand sanitiser in the room or wash your hands again.

  8. I will open the doors for you and show you out of the building.

  9. Please leave coats and bags in your car if possible (valuables should be placed out of sight)

  10. Please bring your own drink with you as we are unable to make a drink for you at this time.

  11. You are required to wear a mask or other PPE for your appointment.


Please be assured that the Clinic will be fully cleaned and disinfected prior to, and after, all appointments. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch. Thank you for your understanding and valued custom at this time.
